Customer and Partner Selection Policy

Our company adopts a selection policy based on criteria of legal compliance, operational integrity, and respect for international law and fundamental human rights.

We reserve the right to evaluate, not initiate, or terminate collaborations with entities directly or indirectly involved in serious and documented violations of international law or human rights, as established by globally recognized official bodies (such as the International Criminal Court, the United Nations, or equivalent institutions).

This evaluation applies exclusively to concrete and verifiable behaviors, with particular attention to contexts where such critical issues are the subject of long-standing international investigations or resolutions (for example, in relation to documented situations involving States such as Israel or the United States). Decisions are based exclusively on a legal and reputational risk analysis and do not in any way constitute discrimination against individuals based on nationality, religion, ethnicity, or personal opinions.

The objective is to protect our organization, our customers, and the entire value chain, ensuring that every collaboration is consistent with principles of transparency, responsibility, and regulatory compliance. This policy is subject to periodic review and applies uniformly to all stages of the commercial relationship.
