General questions about Parkise
Parkise is an online software for managing manned private parking lots of any type: airports, ports, urban areas, stations, parking for campers or boats… It adapts to your parking lot like a glove, without forcing you to change how you work.
You start with a base license:
- one vehicle type
- one price list
- one area with one included feature (outdoor, indoor, etc...)
- 50 spaces
No, everything works from the browser (computer, tablet, or mobile). You and your operators access with username and password.
Yes. Your data is hosted on secure servers in Europe, with encryption and automatic daily backups. Only you and the people you authorize can access your parking lot. We never sell or share your data or your customers' data with third parties.
Yes. If you have more than one structure (e.g., two parking lots in different cities or a main parking + a satellite one), you can manage them all from the same account.
The initial configuration of Parkise is a bit more structured than other software because it is much more flexible and powerful.
For this reason, we do it together the first time. Our team will personally support you in the configuration. In most cases, after this guided session (usually 1-2 hours), your parking is already operational.

Yes, we provide a 30-day free trial. During the trial, you can configure your parking and test all the features with your operators. The system will automatically generate realistic dummy bookings to help you better evaluate the software.
Parkise is designed for exactly this. You can add new areas, new features, new vehicle types, or modify price lists at any time without having to change software.
Price Lists, Features, and Vehicle Types
You can manage unlimited vehicle types (cars, motorcycles, campers, vans, etc.). Each type allows you to create a dedicated price list and decide exactly how many units can enter each parking area.
Also unlimited (Outdoor, Indoor, Anti-hail indoor, etc.). Each parking area must have a mandatory feature, which determines which price list to apply.
Each price list is linked to two elements: a Vehicle Type and an Area Feature. For each combination, you can have as many price lists as you want.
Yes, you can create multiple price lists (e.g., normal + weekend + holiday). The system automatically chooses which one to apply based on Priority and Validity Period.
The system checks the price lists in order of priority. It takes the first one that is valid for the date and time of the booking. This allows you to overlap special rates without creating conflicts.
Yes, just create a dedicated price list for that period with a higher priority. The system will automatically apply it on the selected dates (even recurring ones).
Yes, each price list can have a chain of thresholds. For example, it can automatically pass from an hourly rate to a daily, weekly, or monthly rate based on the duration of the stay.
The system calculates the exact cost by applying the different price lists valid on each day of the stay. The customer will always pay the correct price based on the actual periods.
No, it's very intuitive. Usually, a "base" price list is set up and then special cases are added with higher priority.
Area and Space Management
Yes, you can create a hierarchical structure (e.g., Main Parking > Floor 2 > VIP Sector). The system will provide the operator with precise indications to reach the assigned space.
No. You can choose between Generic Areas (the system only checks total capacity) or Numbered Spaces (to assign each car to a specific stall).
Yes. You define the capacity for each type and the system automatically calculates the proportions. If a camper enters, the system will proportionally subtract the spaces available for other types.
Yes, the system automatically proposes the best available alternatives, starting from areas with similar features.
Discount Management
Parkise applies only one discount per booking, automatically choosing the most convenient one for the customer. Discounts are not cumulative.
You can activate Automatic Promotions (fixed or recurring periods) and Manual Discounts (Agreements, Coupons, Customer Status Discounts).
They are automatic percentage discounts valid for defined periods (e.g., high season) or recurring (e.g., every weekend).
They are fixed agreements with companies or partners. The customer can enter a code during booking or the operator can apply the discount at check-in.
They are promotional codes you can create for marketing campaigns, applicable as a fixed or percentage discount, with usage or validity limits.
They are reserved for specific categories (e.g., residents, students). The customer declares the status when booking and the operator verifies the requirements at check-in.
The system compares manual discounts with active promotions and always proposes the most advantageous solution for the customer.
No, discounts apply exclusively to the parking cost. Extra services (washing, shuttle, etc.) always maintain their full price to protect your margins.
Yes, you can configure final variations (discounts or surcharges) based on the payment method (e.g., a small surcharge for PayPal or a discount for cash).
Daily Operations
Use the "New Entry" item in the menu: in a few clicks, you register the walk-in vehicle and put it into parking immediately.
Use "New Booking": enter the output date and the system automatically calculates the correct price.
In the Dashboard, you see the services in logical sequence (e.g., you won't see the cleaning if the entry shuttle has not been completed first).
In the "Entries" section, you can filter by date, status, and vehicle type to have a complete overview.
Use the Search function in the menu to instantly find any information by entering a plate or name.
Check the booking details or open the Key Holder Panel to see the position assigned by the system.
Go to the Revenue section to view daily or periodic reports, divided by payment type.
The Monitor page allows you to navigate through future months to see the expected occupancy based on bookings.
If you have the camera package, you can access the live stream directly from the operator's dashboard.
FAQ for Parking Administrators
You can purchase Modules for new functions or Packages to increase quantities (more spaces, more users, etc.) directly from the system.
A Partner is the entity you collaborate with; Agreements are the actual discounts associated with that partner (you can have more than one per partner).
You can create "with keys" or "without keys" services and associate them only with specific vehicle types to avoid errors during booking.
You can select multiple bookings and perform mass actions (such as multiple check-ins), ideal for the intense flows of port parking lots.
The Administrator manages the whole setup; the Operator manages daily activity (check-in/out) without being able to modify the parking structure.
You can set a "Partial closure" to prevent new entries/exits during unmanned hours, or a "Total closure" for vacation periods or works.
Yes, the system updates availability in real time as soon as a cancellation or early exit is registered.
You can limit the number of active promotions by purchasing specific packages. Also, remember that discounts never apply to extra services.
No, it's an optional module. If you don't buy it, all functions related to key custody will remain hidden to avoid confusion.
